Rath Yatra 2025 – A Divine Festival of Joyful Devotion

ISKCON Juhu celebrated Rath Yatra 2025 with great spiritual grandeur, uniting thousands of devotees in a magnificent festival of devotion, music, and divine darshan.

The celebrations began with a majestic offering of Chappan Bhog (56 traditional food offerings) to Lord Jagannath, Baladev, and Subhadra Devi, marking the beginning of the Lord's five-day special stay at the temple. During this sacred period, well-wishers, donors, and congregation members were given the blessed opportunity to offer personal arati to the Deities—a rare moment of intimate seva that deeply moved every heart.

The highlight of the festival was the Rath Yatra procession, where the Deities ascended Their grand, flower-decked chariot and glided through the streets of Mumbai. Devotees danced in ecstasy, with multiple kirtan parties filling the air with thunderous sankirtan, accompanied by mridangas, kartals, and the powerful chant of the Hare Krishna maha-mantra. The vibrant spiritual parade brought the entire neighborhood alive with joy and transcendental energy.

The chariot procession culminated at Lokhandwala Gardens, where an evening cultural event showcased devotional music, drama, and inspiring talks. Thousands were served delicious prasadam, and many hearts were touched by the warm hospitality and spiritual ambience of the celebration.

Rath Yatra 2025 at ISKCON Juhu was not just a festival—it was a moving temple experience, a chance for devotees to pull the Lord into their hearts through love, seva, and collective joy.
