Jagannath Rath Yatra 2026 Draws Lakhs of Devotees to Mumbai's Streets
On 18 July 2026, ISKCON Juhu celebrated the magnificent Jagannath Rath Yatra, drawing lakhs of devotees, well-wishers, and visitors from across Mumbai and beyond. The beautifully decorated chariots of Lord Jagannath, Lord Baladeva, and Subhadra Devi were pulled through the city amidst joyous kirtan, devotional dancing, and the chanting of the holy names.
The festival was graced by several distinguished guests, including spiritual leaders, dignitaries, public figures, and devotees from around the world. Following the Rath Yatra, Lord Jagannath resided at ISKCON Juhu for five days, during which devotees had the opportunity to receive special darshan and participate in various devotional programs. A grand Chhappan Bhoga offering and prasadam distribution further enriched the celebrations, making the festival a memorable spiritual gathering for all.
