‘Little Krishna’ Film Sees Packed House

ISKCON Juhu’s Bhakti Kala Kshetra arranged a show of the popular animated film ‘Little Krishna’ in the afternoon for life members, visitors and devotees at ISKCON Auditorium on Sunday, 19 August 2012.

‘Little Krishna’ which was released in the year 2010 was popular not only with children but adults as well. The state of art animation depicts Lord Krishna as a little child who saves the residents of Vrindavan from the wrath of King Kamsa. King Kamsa was under constants fear that he shall be killed by the eight son of his sister Devaki and thus sends several demons to Vrindavan, where little Krishna resided with his foster parents Nanda Maharaj and Yasodha. The film depicts little Krishna kills various demons like Putana, Trinavarta, Kaliya and protects the residents of Vrindavan from the incessant rains sent by Lord Indra by lifting the Govardhan Hill.
 
The ISKCON Auditorium was packets beyond its capacity and saw several people and children sitting on the aisles to watch their favorite Lord Krishna kill various demons and charm his friends and family.
